I am the founder and head instructor at Terrafirma MMA, and have been training in various martial arts for some 20 years. In this time I have reached advanced level gradings in both JBW Shootfighting and Will/Machado BJJ. In particular, I am currently the highest graded Will/Machado BJJ instructor in the state under John B Will  founder of Will/Machado BJJ Australia .

While on my journey through martial arts I have had the chance to meet and train with some of the world's top martial artists. This list can boast such legends as:

• John B Will, martial arts world champion and founder of BJJ Australasia, long time instructor and friend of 20 years
• Rigan Carlos and Jean Jaques Machado from the legendary Machado family
• master Vince Palumbo, world champion stick fighter

• Mr Raymond Floro founder of Floro Fighting System and the best knife fighter on the planet
• Guru Dan Inosanto, a Jeet Kune Do legend

• Bill Gray long time friend, shootfighting and BJJ black belt, and
• my students at Terrafirma MMA, Johny, Austin, Val and Adam, who I have learnt so much from in my  teaching

These are but a few of the great people that have helped me on the path through the martial arts and I thank you all for your time spent with me.
