Perhaps you've already tried some sort of martial arts before, and maybe you needed to use it once to defend yourself and you found it wasn't as effective as you thought. We come across this all the time at Terrafirma with new students. The problem is, many martial art styles have either been modified so heavily from their original beginnings, or the techniques that have been taught haven't been pressure tested in a real or combative environment. You won't find that with Terrafirma MMA.
